💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes are handled by Property Fusion (Pty) Ltd (“Property Fusion”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By subscribing to or using Property Fusion’s services, you agree to this policy.
1. Subscription Billing
Property Fusion operates on a monthly subscription model for Basic, Standard, and Premium packages.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.

Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment partners (iKhokha).

You will receive confirmation of all successful payments via email or in-app notifications.
2. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered:

You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

To avoid charges, cancel before the trial period expires.

Once the trial ends, your chosen subscription plan will automatically activate and be billed.
3. Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing info@propertyfusion.co.za.
When you cancel:

Cancellation stops future billing, but does not refund payments already made.

You will continue to have access to your subscription features until the end of the current billing cycle.

After your billing cycle ends, your account will be suspended.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only granted in specific situations:
4.1 Eligible Refunds
A refund may be issued if:

You were incorrectly billed due to a system error caused by Property Fusion.

You were charged after cancelling your subscription (and cancellation was confirmed).
-
You were charged more than the advertised or agreed price.
4.2 Non-Refundable Fees
In line with digital service industry norms and the CPA:

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.

Partially used months are not prorated or refunded.

Refunds are not provided for unused or inactive accounts.

No refunds will be given if a user violates the Terms of Use.
4.3 Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email info@propertyfusion.co.za with:

Your full name
-
Account email
-
Date of charge
-
Amount charged
-
Reason for refund request
Our team will respond within 7 working days.
5. Account Suspension for Non-Payment
If a subscription is not paid on time:
-
The account enters a grace period (up to the next billing date).

Access to premium features may be paused.
-
After 60 days of non-payment, the account and data are permanently deleted (see Section 7).
6. Reactivation of an Account
If you renew or settle your subscription within 60 days of non-payment:

Your account will be reactivated.
-
All stored data and settings will be restored.
After 60 days, we cannot recover your data.
7. Data Retention After Cancellation or Non-Payment
Once your subscription ends:

Your profile and data remain stored for 60 days from the date of suspension.

During these 60 days, you may reactivate your subscription and restore full access.

After 60 days, your profile and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems unless we are legally required to retain certain information.
Data deleted after 60 days cannot be recovered.
8. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been billed incorrectly:

Contact billing@propertyfusion.co.za within 14 days of the charge.

Provide transaction details and supporting documents.

We will investigate and provide an outcome within 7 working days.
If a dispute is not resolved, you may seek assistance through the Consumer Protection Act processes.
9. Changes to This Policy
Property Fusion may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Any updates will be posted on our website with the revised “Last Updated” date.
