Refund Policy

Property Fusion wants you to be happy with your subscription. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions: if you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase or renewal date.

How to request a refund

Our order process and refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Select the order you would like refunded and follow the prompts to submit a refund request.
  3. Alternatively, email us at info@propertyfusion.co.za and we will help arrange the refund through Paddle.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is approved, Paddle will return the funds to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take a few business days. After your refund is issued, your paid subscription will end and access to paid features will be revoked, while your data is retained in line with our Privacy Notice.

Outside the 30-day window

Refund requests made after 30 days are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have been billed in error or experienced a service issue, please contact us and we will work with you and Paddle to find a fair resolution.
